Rent Our Venue

Studio Motif is a quaint venue space just minutes from the heart of downtown Durham. Our space can be used for photo studio space, private parties, corporate meetings and special events of all kinds.

Our inside space seats 50 people or more depending on configuration. Outside we have an attached 20x30 pergola that is covered as well as a large open yard space, perfect for a tent setup or an outdoor event.

HOURLY RATE $125/hour + tax

Price includes tables and chairs
10% discount for 501c3 organizations
20% discount for Monday-Thursday events, excluding holiday

HALF DAY (4.5 HOURS) $535 + tax

EQUIPMENT

We include up to four 60" round banquet tables or 6' rectangular tables plus 25 chairs at no additional cost. We have basis linen, event backdrops, tableware, projectors, microphones, bounce houses and more for rent

This is our introductory all-inclusive package which includes 8.5 hours of event time plus 2 of the following:

Catering for up to 25 guests
Basic event design for up to 25 table settings
DJ services
Event planner
Event photography
